CANCELLATION POLICY
If you find yourself unable to attend the conference after submitting your online registration, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a substitute delegate free of charge. If you wish to cancel your registration these must be received in writing by no later than Monday 5 August 2019. Cancellations will incur a 25% administration fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received from Tuesday 6 August 2019.
