CANCELLATION POLICY
You may transfer your registration to a replacement delegate at any time. Cancellations before 25 January 2024 will incur a 25% administration fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after 25 January 2024.
In the event the conference is not able to be held in person, or you are not able to travel due to travel restrictions, your registration will be converted to a virtual registration and the difference in registration fees will be refunded.
